We’re Hiring: Amazon Data & Inventory Analyst at Sophie Society
We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Amazon Data & Inventory Analyst to join our team at Sophie Society. This hybrid role merges two critical functions: analyzing data to drive decision-making and managing Amazon inventory across global marketplaces.
You’ll play a key role in forecasting demand, optimizing stock levels, visualizing data, and transforming complex insights into clear, actionable reports. If you have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Excel, and data tools like Power BI or Tableau, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage Amazon inventory (FBA & FBM) across multiple marketplaces
Forecast inventory needs using historical sales trends, promotions, and seasonality
Create and manage replenishment plans and FBA shipment workflows
Analyze Seller Central inventory data (e.g. Manage Inventory, Restock Reports, FBA Inventory)
Identify and resolve issues: stranded inventory, suppressions, inbound shipment discrepancies
Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
Analyze large data sets to extract actionable insights across inventory, advertising, and sales
Structure, clean, and transform raw data into business-ready formats
Present findings in professional, clear English to internal teams and stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve inventory and data challenges
Required Qualifications
Direct, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (inventory management & reporting)
Proven proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas, automation)
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Fluent English (C1–C2 level), written and spoken
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable collaborating with remote, international teams
Availability to work during EU business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Amazon KPIs (TACoS, ACoS, Buy Box %, Sessions, Conversions, IPI Score, Sell-Through Rate)
Experience with demand planning or forecasting models
Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation
Understanding of Amazon advertising and how it impacts inventory
Work Conditions
Fully remote position
Must be available to work during EU business hours
Salary: 1500$ USD per month
