About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to work closely with our COO and help keep the company running smoothly.
This is not a passive role. You’re not just sitting in meetings and taking notes — you’re making sure things actually move forward after those meetings.
You’ll be in the middle of everything: communication, projects, reporting, follow-ups. If something is slipping, you catch it. If something is unclear, you fix it.
The role is primarily in person however there can be some flexibility for hybrid or remote once up and running.
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing meetings so they’re structured and useful
Capturing key points and making sure action items actually happen
Supporting daily and weekly reporting (including EOD summaries)
Keeping Slack organized and helping prioritize what matters
Maintaining docs, SOPs, and internal structure (Notion, Google Docs)
Tracking projects so deadlines don’t drift
Supporting hiring and admin coordination when needed
Onboarding / Offboarding and tracking probations of new staff
Account transitions
Helping with online and live events
Meeting coordination
What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication
You’re highly organized and detail-oriented
Available during afternoons to evenings (Euro / US hours) if needed
You follow through — if you say you’ll do something, it gets done
You’re comfortable juggling multiple things without dropping the ball
You communicate clearly and don’t overcomplicate things
You’re comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion, and Google Suite
You’re based in Chiang Mai (or willing to relocate)
Nice to Have
Experience in operations, coordination, or project support
Agency, startup, or e-commerce exposure
Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Claude & Cowork
Any coding experience or working with developers is nice to have but not essential
Amazon / Ecommerce experience

Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 Baht per month (based on experience)
